Owner/Manager Brian, a 1982 graduate with a B.S. in Forest Land Management from the University of New Hampshire, embarked on a distinguished career as a Land Surveyor in 1986. His expertise ranges from small house lots to overseeing the survey requirements for the $330 million Manchester Street Station power plant project in Providence, RI, with Bechtel Construction Company. In 1996, Brian founded BEK Associates, becoming a trusted provider of Professional Services across Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont. With decades of experience, Brian's leadership and commitment have solidified BEK Associates as a reputable entity, delivering excellence to a diverse range of clients.

                 MEET THE TEAM 
 Joseph A. Unwin, Project Manager, has joined BEK Associates and brings with him his business Unwin Land Services. Along with this he brings his life long experience and expertise in land surveying to continue his professional service to his clients. Christopher J. Biddy, Head Crew Chief, has been with BEK Associates since 2003. He is in charge of the field crew as well as deed study and preliminary plans.  He is presently enrolled at Oklahoma State University. Seth A. Koczela, Field Crew, has been surveying with his father since he was a young child. He has experience in just about all aspects of the profession. He is presently enrolled in Pre Med at Northeastern University.

Dave, our seasoned head crew chief in land surveying, has been a dedicated member of our team since 2017. With expertise in managing and drafting, she consistently delivers high-quality results. Nicole's dedication and extensive experience have played a crucial role in the success and growth of our land surveying projects. Ann has been a valued partner since the doors of BEK Associates opened in 1996, working alongside her husband. Her enduring commitment and collaborative efforts have been instrumental in the growth and success of the company. Ann's contributions have played a significant role in establishing BEK Associates as a thriving enterprise. ​James has been a dedicated crew chief in land surveying since joining us in 2020. His expertise and commitment in the field make him an invaluable member of our team. With a solid track record, he ensures precision and accuracy in our surveying projects, contributing to the success of each endeavor. ​Josh, serving as an Instrument Man in our land surveying team since 2020, plays a crucial role in field operations. His expertise in using surveying instruments ensures accurate data collection and contributes to the overall success of our projects. Josh's commitment to precision and efficiency greatly benefits our land surveying initiatives. ​Marshall, our lead draftsman in land surveying, has been an integral part of our team since 2019. Initially joining as a co-op student, his dedication and talent quickly earned him a permanent role. Marshall's skills in drafting and unwavering commitment contribute significantly to the accuracy and quality of our surveying projects.
